THE VOICE OF HYDRA | ART INSTALLATIONS

Our first installation for the Milano Design Week is called “La Voce di Idra” and is conceived by artist and product designer Elena Salmistraro for Guglielmi Rubinetterie. A fresh and colorful work that represents a portal-fountain with a voice command technology installed. The work is located in the Courtyard of Honor of the University of Milan and it is inspired by the Greek mythological monster Hydra. The installation, conceived as a source of life and regeneration, is produced and set up by Eurostands Srl and is almost 4 meters high. Entirely made of wood and iron and covered in multilayer panels, illuminated by stripes and voice-controlled bulbs.

Eurostands is the official partner of the exhibition-event INTERNI Design Re-Generation for the 2022 edition held at the University of Milan.
